Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete the data that Go Farther (gofarther.dev) stores about you, including data obtained when you connect an Instagram or YouTube account to the Media Agent.

Delete everything from your account settings

The fastest way to remove all of your data is from inside the app:

1. Sign in at gofarther.dev.
2. Open Settings from the account menu (top-right).
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your chats, generated media, credits, usage history, and your stored account record. Financial records required for accounting (past purchases) are retained as required by law.

Disconnect a linked social account

To revoke Go Farther's access to a connected Instagram or YouTube account without deleting your whole Go Farther account:

• Open the Media Agent tab and click Disconnect on the account. This removes the stored connection and its access token immediately.
• You can also remove Go Farther from Instagram at instagram.com/accounts/manage_access, or from Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in, email support@gofarther.dev from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We will verify ownership and delete your data within 30 days, and confirm by email once complete.
